•I am the youngest in my family with my brother Dylan(13), my Mum Sarah and my Dad Ray. I also have a kitten called Snoopy.
•I have just moved to Havelock North in December last year.
My Strengths
•I can clearly communicate with other people
•I don't give up because I believe that if you try you can do anything.
•I have had many leadership roles in the past like being in charge or the class when the teacher leaves the room, etc... (like the things a class counselor does.)
•I am a good cook. I specialize in baking things like cakes, muffins and biscuits.
•I am good at clearing away, wiping benches and just cleaning in particular.
•I learn new skills quickly because I pay attention when I am being taught them.
•I am helpful and polite because I think good manners are important.
•I am prepared to take on a challenge and not going to give up until it's finished.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to apply for the position of a Chef at the Plump Duck Cafe.
I have enclosed my C.V. to support my application. It shows the important skills I would bring to the position including:
• I can cook lots of different things by myself like: Ginger nuts, Anzac Biscuits, Banana Cake, Chocolate Cake, Vanilla Cupcakes, Chocolate Cupcakes, Banana Cupcakes and Pancakes. Mostly sweet things by myself, but I can cook really anything with a recipe.
•I am good at reading through a recipe and at the end I always re-check everything 3 or 4 times to make sure that I haven't missed out anything.
•I clean up as I go when I am cooking so there isn't a really huge mess at the end.
•I respect other Chefs when I am cooking so everybody works together.
•If somebody needs help in the kitchen, I am always prepared to give it.
As my C.V. indicates, I am currently a food monitor at school. This extends my skills and knowledge of food, because I am sometimes around things that I have never known about before. Quite often, I am allowed to taste some things that I have never tried, and that helps create a stronger picture in my mind about food. I watch Masterchef Australia, and that also has helped me gain a lot of food knowledge.
I am confident that I have the skills required for the Chef's role.
