Bloom's Taxonomy
Creating: To create something out of a piece of information that you have already got. E.g: You are given a page worth of information. You need to write ten facts about that subject. the ten facts are on the sheet. You read them and then you re-write them in your own words. That means you write them with words you understand and know the proper meaning of.
Evaluating: To evaluate is to read something and then write about it. Take in what you read and say what you think about it. Tell all the facts you know about it and describe what it means. It's the overall thought.
Analyzing: To analyse is to look through your information and find the parts you want and you thoroughly read it through. You scan through and think about it.
Applying: When you get something you learn and use it then in everyday life. Or you might find something and use it /put it in your inquiry.
Understanding: When you take something you remembered and you learn what it means. Why you use it and what for.
Remembering: To remember is to be taught something and you keep how to do it in your head. Then you can us eit for ever.
Sir Edmund Hillary
In my Sir Edund Hillary I have remembered my facts about Sir Edmund Hillary and I still know most of them know. I do understand about what he did and the help gave in the village of the Sherpas. I applyed the information I learnt about Sir Edmund and put it in my Yola. I also hope to do something good in the world since I have seen what good he did and how it has helped others in the world who aren't as lucky as us. I analyzed the information I found and learnt about Sir Edmund Hillary. I was evaluating about what I learnt and why Sir Ed is a good role model so that's why I want to be in Hillary house. I created a project about Sir Edmund Hillary from the information I could find. I created a reason why I liked being in Hillary house and why he is a good leader/role model.
